Who is the membership for?

Royalty Care is designed for homeowners who want to keep their HVAC system running efficiently, reduce the risk of unexpected breakdowns, and save on maintenance and repairs. Whether your system is new or several years old, our plans provide ongoing professional maintenance and added benefits to help protect your comfort and your investment.

How do I choose the right membership plan?

Choose the plan that best matches the level of protection, savings, and priority service you want. Compare the benefits of Royalty Comfort, Royalty Comfort PLUS , and Royalty ELITE to find the right fit for your home and HVAC system. If you’re unsure, our team can help you choose the best option.

What happens after I purchase?

Once you enroll, you’ll receive a confirmation of your Royalty Care membership and selected plan. Our team will contact you to schedule your first maintenance visit and make sure we have the correct information for your HVAC system. From there, you can start enjoying the benefits included with your Comfort, Comfort Plus, or Royalty Elite membership.

What is included with each plan?

Each Royalty Care membership includes two seasonal HVAC maintenance visits per year, plus additional benefits based on your selected level of protection. Comfort provides essential maintenance and basic repair savings. Comfort Plus includes everything in Comfort, with greater repair savings, waived diagnostic fees, and enhanced benefits. Royalty Elite includes everything in Comfort Plus, along with our highest repair savings, premium maintenance benefits, refrigerant allowance, duct-cleaning savings, and highest priority service.

What are the membership payment or cancellation terms?

Royalty Care is a 12-month membership with the option to pay annually or monthly. Monthly plans require 35% of the annual membership price at enrollment, with the remaining balance divided into scheduled monthly payments. If you cancel after your first included maintenance service has been completed, you will be responsible for 60% of the total annual membership price, with all payments already made credited toward that amount. Memberships do not automatically renew.
